Marvox may collect account details, manuscript and project content, generated scenes and audio, billing records, support communications, security logs, and product telemetry needed to operate the service.
How We Use Data
We use data to authenticate users, operate CharacterOS and audio workflows, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, protect the service, and improve product reliability.
AI Processing and Service Providers
Marvox may send limited customer data to hosting, payments, email, storage, and AI vendors when needed to provide the service. Provider access should stay limited to what is operationally necessary for the applicable function.
- Payments are processed through Stripe-hosted services.
- AI generation and narration may rely on approved external inference providers.
Retention
Project assets are retained for service delivery, billing support, account recovery, abuse review, and legal compliance. Retention windows should be narrowed over time through documented deletion schedules and product controls.
User Rights
Depending on location, users may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict certain personal data. Marvox intends to support intake for EU/UK GDPR and California privacy requests through support@marvox.app while product-native workflows mature.
Security and International Transfers
