2.1: ElevenLabs voices and the Production Line
- Every voice is ElevenLabs: casting, previews, the Director, reading and production
- Director mode: the whole book's direction in one place; re-directing a line is free
- Proof page: proof by exception, fix in place, and chapter sign-off
- Storyworld v2: a cast map, a chapter slider, scene lanes and the book's storyboard
- Review links for proofers, studio sheets, and read-along
- Pronunciations: an agent proposes spoken forms, and the author decides
- Character chat answers in text; voice belongs to the Director
2.0: Stabilization
- Story Room: WebSocket circuit breaker, session hydration on rejoin, presence indicators
- Voice Cloning: HTTP-layer consent gate (consent_confirmed required); DNA learning feedback route
- CharacterOS: committed scene history in Story Room meta panel
- Slash commands: /export and /voice-preview added to Story Room command bar
- Google Docs integration: Phase 1 smoke tests green; OAuth service contract stabilized
- Collab session API: GET session endpoint now returns scene_text and active directives for hydration
1.9: Release-Gate Hardening
- B1-B5 daily review blockers resolved
- Pre-signin taste gate and offline-mode support for release gate
- Speaker attribution contract frozen in contracts/speaker-attribution.md
- EPUB ingestion TOC heuristic: dialogue-heavy chapters no longer silently dropped
- Marketing proof display cleaned up: no fabricated claims
1.8: Intelligence Console
- 7 analysis tabs upgraded to Intelligence Console with readiness header
- Attribution workbench, beat map, canon map, and audio suitability profile added
- Agentic network: circuit breakers, trace IDs, canonical voices, executor offload, structured outputs
